Kevin and I will be running in the 21km race on Sunday May 25th in Ottawa.  This will be our first half marathon.  Volunteeers are needed for the waterstation manned by Team Diabetes.  If you are interested send us your info in the comments section.

Today marks the first full day that our website is available on the Web.  We have received some great comments from friends and family.  Thanks for the feedback!
